Restrictions On Use Of Materials

This site is operated by Pyro Novelties, Inc. No material from pyronovelties.com may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of pyronovelties.com copyright and other proprietary rights. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other Web site or networked computer environment is prohibited. This includes all images, trademarks and service marks.

Use Of Site

Pyro Novelties, Inc (DBA) pyronovelties.com reserve the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if pyronovelties.com believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of pyronovelties.com.

Limitation Of Liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Pyro Novelties, Inc (DBA) pyronovelties.com. be liable for any or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this web site.

Legal Ease

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties proprietary to pyronovelties.com. Pyronovelties.com Fraudulent Protection Policy

We monitor and report all instances of fraudulent credit card orders to the California branch of the FBI. We are able to determine the identity of individuals commiting credit card fraud by the information provided to us by the ISPs of users attempting to conduct such illegal activities. Furthermore, we are able to trace fraudulent orders through e-mail addresses, including those on free services such as Hotmail.

In Legal Terms:

Our primary mission is to protect the interests of our loyal customers. As such, we take fraud very seriously. We will prosecute to the full extent of the law any person(s) or entity found guilty of commiting fraudulent activity using pyronovelties.com's web site and/or services. The quality of service provided by pyronovelties.com is maximized when we have the interests of our customers in mind. Please be considerate of others and respect both the written laws that prevent fraud on the Internet and the unwritten rules that bind the Internet community and foster the growth of new technologies.

We may require the following information to be faxed to us for all orders over $200. If your order is over $200, please fax this information to us at (562) 902-8679. Upon receiving the requested information your order will then be processed and shipped.

--Copy of the cardholder's driver's license
--Copy of the front & back of the credit card
--A statement authorizing Pyro Novelties, Inc., DBA: pyronovelties.com to charge your credit card for the purchase. And finally the cardholder's signature.

This is a joint effort between our company and the credit card companies to protect the cardholders and ourselves from fraudulent charges. This also allows us to keep our prices low.

Shipping

 

 

Q. How much is shipping and how long will it take to get to me?
A. All packages are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail, and the post office suggests 2-3 business days for domestic deliveries. The postage calculator on the web site will at times calculate more postage than is necessary. Actual postage is charged to your order, so your final order total will sometimes be less than what your confirmation states. We charge our customers for actual postage, and do not mark up this cost. You will never be charged more postage than your confirmation quotes (domestic orders).

Q.What happens if you're out of stock on an item?
A. We will hold your order until the item is back in inventory, and your order will be shipped that day. We do everything possible to avoid this, but back orders are sometimes necessary. If for some reason there is a prolonged delay, we will contact you via email to discuss releasing the order without the backordered item.

Q. My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
A. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep in the original shipping carton and take the following important steps if there's apparent damage:

 
 

1. Quickly contact the Post Office for a damage inspection report.
2. Contact Pyro Novelties Customer Service Dept. at (800) 552-3499, or fax us at (562) 902-8679 and request the address information of where to ship the damaged item.
3. Request the Post Office to return the merchandise to the address provided by Pyro Novelties.
4. Pyro Novelties will make every effort to replace your product in a timely manner.

Q. Can I pay with my credit card and or Paypal?
A. Yes. Payment terms are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), Paypal, personal checks and money orders. Please do not send cash in the mail. We are not responsible for lost cash.

Q. Do you sell fireworks?
A. No. We sell fireworks-related apparel and accessories only.

Q. Can you send me a catalog?
A. All of our new products are available for purchase via this web site. Catalogs are reserved for our wholesale customers only. If you own or operate a fireworks store or stand or display company, then please provide us with your company information and we'd be happy to send you a catalog, if you qualify.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Online Purchases Return Policy (pyronovelties.com)
Pyronovelties.com offers a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on all purchases. You have up to 30 days (from the date of purchase or shipment date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied.


If pyronovelties.com shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly refund all shipping charges. Remember to save your packing slip as your receipt.

To return merchandise to pyronovelties.com please follow these easy steps:

  1. Circle the item(s) that you are returning on the front side of the packing slip.
  2. You may receive an exact replacement for the item(s) or receive a refund. It's your choice. Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge. It will be sent to the address on the packing slip. If the address is incorrect, please provide a new shipping address on the front of the packing slip. Please indicate whether you prefer to receive a refund or an exact replacement.
  3. If you want a refund, we will credit the credit card originally used. We will issue a refund check only for gifts returned or mail orders paid by check or money order.
  4. Pack and seal the item(s), and enclose the completed packing slip. Affix the US Postal Service Return Label to the outside of your return package. Take the package to any US Post Office or US Postal Service Contract Station. Packages must be returned prepaid.

Insuring Your Return Package

pyronovelties.com recommends that you track your return package to confirm that we have received it. The US Postal Service offers a delivery confirmation service for an additional $0.35. For larger returns or ease of mind, you may want to consider insuring your package. Just take your package to a US Post Office service window and a representative can add these options for you. If you choose to select another carrier to ship your return, we suggest you use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that provides tracking information that requires a signature.
